Victoria St. Brunswick is a substantial parcel of land of almost 2,700m2 with holding income and versatile development potential. It was identified and secured by Wulff Projects during the second half of 2022 and represents another partnership with Carta Group.

Currently the site is occupied by a series of aging warehouses, with a mix of tenants in the arts and craft sector. We have successfully negotiated and retained all existing tenants on more secure leases to support their endeavours alongside our medium term hold strategy.
