Bruce Henderson has been a leading figure in Melbourne architecture for more than 40 years. His practice, Bruce Henderson Architects, alongside Bruce Henderson Interiors (run by his daughter, Charlotte), has been responsible for the carefully considered design of three of our leafy eastern suburbs projects: August Apartments, Threadneedle and Three Norfolk.

Founded in 2013, Fieldwork has quickly become one of Melbourne’s most progressive and respected architecture and interior design studios, delivering a range of creative, social and civic spaces. Fieldwork brought their skill to the design of our most forward-thinking projects including Newry Street and 122 Roseneath Street.

At Wulff Projects we share the passion for sustainable design which fuels GIW Environmental Solutions. Founded by Gary Wertheimer, the team works closely with its clients to deliver streamlined and best-in-class ESD services. Their expertise has been fundamental to the sustainability of many of our projects, including most recently Alexandra, Clifton Hill.

Ola Studio is a rising Melbourne architecture studio with a reputation for crafted and creative spaces which make a positive contribution to their environment. It has been a pleasure to partner with this team as they have delivered a range of options for purchasers at Alexandra Clifton Hill, as well as tailoring schemes for other potential acquisitions.

We’re looking forward to working with Tom Robertson Architects on an upcoming boutique townhouse development in Melbourne’s inner south-east. CEO Paul Hayward who brings a hands-on and personal approach to the delivery of each project; an approach which we appreciate and share. Carta Group has been our development partner for multiple projects to date.

The team at PGA has brought its invaluable experience to two of our most recent projects – Three Norfolk and Threadneedle – to ensure both are executed to its high standards.

Salta Capital is the venture capital arm of Salta Properties, one of Melbourne’s largest property developers with a 50-year legacy. We enjoyed the experience of working alongside Salta as they brought their expertise to several of our projects including The August and Patch– all of which have added to the skyline of our city.
