Patch is an 11-storey residential building, architecturally designed by Fieldwork to deliver a substantial level of sustainability throughout the building, apartments and communal spaces. A 300 sqm podium-level terrace space on Level 8, and a veggie patch on the roof with uninterrupted CBD views, added to the appeal of this inner-urban project.

Wulff Projects identified this site and acquired it before the public auction in 2013, then successfully negotiated for a planning permit, outside of VCAT, as one of the tallest buildings in City of Yarra. Garnering full council support and community support, and after creating the marketing and sales materials, the site was successfully on-sold with the design ultimately being transformed to the result as built today.
