Wulff Projects^®

Wulff Projects approached the landowner with Carta Group to develop this site as a joint venture, given our track record for creating the right product for each location. We worked with Fieldwork to create an innovative design outcome on a compact 680 sqm site, with a footprint for each of the three-level townhouses of under 60 sqm, as well as each residence featuring a generous rooftop terrace. The local architectural character inspired the design in a reinterpretation of the area’s classic late 19th-century terrace home.

All 12 townhouses were sold off the plan, with purchasers recognising the same qualities which appealed to us from the beginning: a location away from the bustle of the main street yet just a short walk to the trains, trams, cafés and culture of Richmond.
