We identified this site in Abbotsford before the location took hold as one of inner-Melbourne’s most desirable choices for residential and commercial projects. This project demonstrates our ability to create the most appropriate model for each site, taking into consideration the demands of the market, the community and the local council.

We successfully obtained a planning permit outside of VCAT for a seven-storey mixed-use building, with ground-floor retail, six storeys of office and basement car stackers. The project was successfully on-sold with a planning permit in 2017.
