Threadneedle sees Wulff Projects return to Balwyn, with a high-quality project positioned in a quiet tree-lined street in one of the suburb’s most coveted pockets. The project will also reunite us with our long-standing partner, PGA Group, and the creative team of Bruce Henderson Architects and Bruce Henderson Interiors, following past successful collaborations.
A cornerstone of the project will be the extensive landscaping for the gardens of each residence. This was intrinsic in achieving town planning approval for the 17 dwellings in such a neighbourhood setting.
Sales & marketing commenced in mid-2022 with stronger than expected results achieved, resulting in 80% sold in quick time. Construction commenced in Q3 2023 with completion anticipated during the first half of 2025.
