Wulff Projects values long-term relationships, often working with trusted partners across multiple sites. The August saw the beginning of one such relationship, with Bruce Henderson Architects. Their design of this 19-apartment building for a quiet side-street in Balwyn featured strong environmental credentials and, as always, their design was tuned to the needs of the market with extensive landscaping, courtyards and high-quality finishes.

We were involved from site acquisition and provided end-to-end development services on this project, from town planning to post-settlement. While a challenging site, the project was delivered under budget, and well within its 12-month construction timeline. The local community embraced the design as it maintained the character of the streetscape, and all residences were sold off the plan in only a few months.
