Wulff Projects identified this unique, side street site with three street frontages and swiftly acquired it off-market with long-time partner Carta Group. The project was a collaboration with the highly regarded Tom Robertson Architects, one of the area’s leading architects.

A series of considered townhouses was proposed with a focus on refined architectural design, owner-occupier liveability and extensive landscaping by Ben Scott Garden Design. Sustainability was also a core pillar of the project with it marking our first gas-free development.

A Planning Permit for eight home sized townhouses was issued in late 2022, all within six months of submitting our town planning application in what was another seamless process.
