During our work on 122 Roseneath St, we actively sought our next project in Clifton Hill given this location’s unique amenity.

Working with the emerging Collingwood-based architectural studio Ola, a design of 33 apartments and maisonettes was created to suit a mix of first home buyers, downsizers, and everyone in between. Sustainability was a key feature throughout, from recycled bricks and shading devices to electric car and bike charging stations.

The project was emphatically embraced by the local community, with large numbers through the display suite in the on-site converted warehouse. Half of the residences were sold within the first three months; as with Roseneath Street, a handful of these were to members of the project team.

Alexandra warmly welcomed its residents in late 2021 with resounding success despite the challenges the industry and wider community faced during its delivery.
