Wulff Projects^®

This early Wulff project with project developer Carta Group saw us roll up our sleeves and work on-site with everyone from the consultant team to the trades and the residents as they moved in. This project also set a precedent for many more successful projects in the City of Yarra, shortlisted for the 2013 Victorian Architecture Awards and was also identified as setting precedent for high-quality future development by the council.

An integrated communication process between ourselves, CHT Architects and Carta Group saw the superior design executed across the project to a high standard, such that the building has aged gracefully, standing the test of time. Key architectural elements included a feature maze pattern across the façade, with the mix of raw concrete, glass and timber elements in the exterior nodding to Richmond’s industrial past.
