Having previously developed within Clifton Hill, 122 Roseneath St was identified by Wulff Projects as one of the last substantial development sites in the area. We originated this project and assembled the team which would go on to be a gamechanger for Melbourne’s inner-northern residential market. Through extensive community engagement and design workshops, we were able to create a product mix which reflected the needs of prospective purchasers. This included a collection of 49 apartments, 18 townhouses, café space and a range of communal features.

Our carefully researched approach produced a range of successful outcomes, from town planning approval outside of VCAT, to all residences being sold within a short amount of time. We also selected the tenant for the hospitality space, and are still intimately involved in this space as the overall community.
