Another successful collaboration with the project developer Carta Group, we were responsible for the development management of this boutique apartment block in Balwyn with design by CHT Architects.

This project again demonstrated our ability to be both site responsive and market responsive, developing apartments to meet a local, aspirational market and provide a creative solution to the landowner. These apartments were designed and priced to provide an accessible entry to a tightly held suburb.

Construction was completed under budget and well ahead of the projected timeline, with all 21 apartments sold in the space of a few months. We wore many hats on this project, ensuring the entire project ran smoothly to final handover.
