For our most recent project and first with PGA Group, we assembled a bespoke team including Bruce Henderson Architects, Bruce Henderson Interiors and Ben Scott Garden Design to craft a collection of only 15 residences which reflects the considered and timeless appeal of Surrey Hills. The design of each high-end residence embraces the site’s unique location on a park in a quiet tree-lined street, as well as city views from the upper levels.

The scale and finishes of each residence were thoughtfully designed to suit the needs and lifestyle of the market in this prestigious suburb. Adding to the bespoke quality of each residence is a commissioned lighting piece by Alex Earl, while in the lobby, spaces have been set aside for informal communal gatherings.

Three Norfolk launched to the public in March 2021, receiving an exceptionally strong response setting new suburb records.

Construction was completed in Q3 2023 and establishes a new benchmark for downsizer apartment living in the inner east.
